Seaham duo Michael Trippett and Peter Neal’s run in the season-long Daily Mail Foursomes came to an end at the event’s finals day at Marriott St Pierre.
The pair battled through to the last 16 from across the country, but came up against the in-form Tony Coulstock and Tom Costello – who went on to win the event – to miss out on a place in the last eight.
