ABOUT Northern Golfer
Northern Golfer was born out of a passion for the game of golf, a love of the North East and Yorkshire, and a commitment to bring golfers from the region to the fore.
There are golf courses to be extremely proud of in this geographically-diverse region and most can stand alongside any in the land - not only for the challenges they present, but for the friendly welcome and quality experience they provide.
Our aim in each issue of the print magazine (distributed to more than 200 clubs and retailers bi-monthly) is to highlight all the news, comment and features from big clubs, small courses, star professionals, elite amateurs and club golfers across the region. In addition, our website and social media channels enable us to update readers with all the latest news as it happens, while the Northern Golfer Weekly email - sent every Friday morning - rounds up the week's news, our competitions and lots more.
