Cookridge Hall’s Zara Ali won the Pleasington Putter as Yorkshire-based players shone in the elite amateur event.
Zara topped the leaderboard with a nine under-par total of 139 following rounds of 67 and 72 – as Katie Stephens (Middlesbrough) finished second on five under-par, and Aaliyah Hryniewiecka-Irwin (Crosland Heath) finished third on three under-par.
