Former Ryder Cup captain Mark ‘Jesse’ James is set to host the 2025 Yorkshire Invitational at Ilkley Golf Club on Wednesday September 3 and Thursday September 4.
This year’s event will include the inaugural Celeb-AM with sporting icons set to take to the fairways. Football legends Robbie Fowler, Lee Sharpe and Gordon Strachan will serve as team captains. The Pro-Am will once again feature top players – including Fraser Mann, Chris Hanson and Ben Mason. An honorary life member at Ilkley, Mark is also sure to make The Yorkshire Invitational even more memorable.
There will be plenty to enjoy off the course too with the updated spectator area set to feature barbecue food from Grill and Ember, supercar displays from Lamborghini Leeds and McLaren Leeds, and a trick shot show. Callaway will also be offering club fittings.
SGH and event partner Ashleigh Signs have also announced that the event will support Macmillan Cancer Support.
The first day consists of a morning Pro-Am (8.30am shotgun start) and an afternoon Celeb-Am (1.30pm shotgun start). On Thursday, the Pro-Am tournament (9.30am shotgun start) will see a professional crowned Yorkshire Invitational champion.
Admission is free and tickets can be booked online here.
