Professionals from around the county have earned their places in the 2025 PGA in Yorkshire winner’s circle so far this summer.
In the Knaresborough Pro Am, John Wells and 2024 order of merit winner Gareth Davies tied for top spot on five under-par following rounds of 67.
In the Hessle Pro Am, five players – Matthew Daley, Carlo Ciullo, Fraser Kelley, David Woodhead and Richard Pace – shared top spot on three under-par.
James Walsh and Ellie Robinson then shared top spot in the Wetherby Pro Am with three under-par scores of 70.
In the North of England Championship Pro Am at Harrogate, James Freeman led the field with a six under-par score of 42 points – earning him a one-shot win over Tom Hesketh and the £3,000 winner’s cheque.
John Wells then produced a superb seven under-par round of 65 to lead the field by three shots in the Pannal Golf Club Pro Am.
