Srixon has announced details of its new Q-Star Tour and Q-Star Tour Divide golf balls.
The Q-Star Tour is billed as Srixon’s softest tour-level ball to-date. The developments in the 2024 ball start with a new FastLayer Core – reformulated for a slightly higher compression rating that promotes better ball speeds off the tee while reducing long-game sidespin. The new ball also incorporates Srixon’s Spin Skin coating, which digs deep into clubface grooves to maximise spin on approach shots.
Meanwhile, Q-Star Tour Divide offers the same performance benefits and technologies in Srixon’s innovative two-tone cover. With a 50/50 matte urethane cover, players can easily align their shots and see greenside spin for better feedback.
Both balls (RRP £36.99 per dozen) also feature Srixon’s 338 Speed Dimple Pattern, which increases lift and reduces drag for a more penetrating ball flight.
