Rhys Thompson returned to the winner’s circle on the Tartan Pro Tour at the Downfield Masters presented by Piper Sandler.
Rhys, who won the tour’s order of merit in 2023, led the field with a 12 under-par total and collected the £4,500 winner’s cheque. Rhys shot rounds of 67, 66 and 68 for a one-shot win over Liam Johnston as John Henry finished third on 10 under-par.
