Burgham Park’s George Ovenden and Morpeth’s Callum Neil lifted the Northumberland Union of Golf Clubs’ U16 and U14 Strokeplay Championship trophies at Prudhoe Golf Club.
George shot 77 to lead the field and win the U16 trophy – beating Callum on countback as he won the U14 trophy. Meanwhile, Joseph Allison’s one under-par score of 68 saw him take home the U16 nett prize, as Luke Dudley won the U14 nett prize.
