Fujikura has launched its new PRO Series shafts (MSRP $225) featuring Advanced Bend Profile Design (ABP) which targets specific locations within a section of the shaft to substantially alter stiffness, independent of that section’s overall bend profile.
In the same way Fujikura targeted torque and twist within certain sections of the VENTUS TR shafts, ABP takes the same approach with varying bending stiffness. By addressing stiffness in such specific and precise locations, performance can be enhanced by amplifying the overall feel, stability and playability of the Blue and Black shaft options.
