Kyle Marklew shot a superb eight under-par round of 65 to win the North East & North West PGA’s Bedlingtonshire pro am.
Kyle led the field by four shots as Jonathan Graham finished second on four under-par and four players – Mark Ridley, Darren Crowle, Craig Smith and Neil Henderson – finished a shot further back in a tie for third place.
In the team event – amateurs Dave Pearson, Save Wailes and Steve Murray teamed up with Mark for a 20 under-par score of 92 points and the win on countback.
