Ramside Hall-based Jack Trewhitt led the field in the opening event of the 2020protour’s summer season at Woolley Park.
Jack shot a one under-par round of 70 to take home the £1,250 winner’s cheque as three players – Julian Wood, Reece Samson and Martin Brown – finished in a tie for second place at level-par. Two more professionals – Hannah Golding and Rob Harris – were two shots further back in a tie for fifth place on the professional/elite amateur leaderboard.
Meanwhile, in the Amateur League event, Rob Potter scored 31 points to win the event, with Nick Helm finishing second with 28 points.
Next up on the 2020protour is the Headline Event with Sam Bairstow at Hallowes on Friday May 20.
