England U16 boys scored another big win in their autumn international series by defeating Scotland 17.5-7.5 at Rockliffe Hall.
Sheffield’s Barclay Brown, a winner of the North of England Under-14 title was one of three players unbeaten over the Durham course along with Rotherham’s Charlie Daughtrey and Dominic Clemons (Gog Magog).
England have already beaten Wales 15-5 and will play Ireland this month. Another win there will see them repeat last year’s record of three victories in these matches.
Team manager Nick Over described the boys’ latest result as a solid performance.
