PING has announced details of its autumn/winter apparel collections – featuring technology-driven waterproofs and seasonal garments that provide golfers with contemporary, built for purpose, clothing and accessories.
The new men’s range is headlined by the Taran 3L Jacket, which is constructed in a three-layer stretch woven fabric to provide superior waterproof protection (20,000mm) and breathability (20,000 g/m2). Crafted from a single panel, the innovative seam-free construction to the under arm allows greater overarm lift for complete freedom of movement. The inner layer also features a unique fabric that creates a feeling of comfort next to the skin, and there’s a five-year warranty.
Joining the range is the Levan Graphene Jacket, with new technology that provides heat retention properties for enhanced thermoregulation in cold weather.
Meanwhile, the Norse Series includes a new line-up of garments engineered with market-leading PrimaLoft insulation. Designed for the coldest days, the Norse S6 Jacket sees a notable reduction in sleeve bulk to ensure you can swing freely and confidently on the course, while the Norse S6 Hooded Jacket is engineered for core warmth and wind resistance with a stitch-free quilted PrimaLoft ThermoPlume at the front and back.
PING has also introduced three new fleeces to the range – Firth, Astle and Whister – featuring cosy brushed back stretch fleece material.
Finally, the range of men’s Merino wool knitwear has been added to with the launch of the Cranford hybrid knit sweater and the Murphy fully lined zip sweater.
The new women’s range meanwhile features innovative technology across three print stories.
The line-up is headlined by the Milli, a high-end waterproof featuring a monogram embossed pattern which is constructed in a two-layer breathable fabric. The jacket also has an easily adjustable hood which packs into the collar for ultimate protection during wet weather, combined with cosy brushed tricot-lined areas.
There’s also Gem – a lightweight hybrid hooded jacket with wind and water resistance. The insulation in the front and back panels utilises PING’s SensorWarm technology for core warmth, while the stretch fabric throughout creates a complimentary fit.
Layering garments meanwhile include the insulated and lightweight Flo vest; Lolette, a printed long-sleeve top engineered for moisture-moving comfort in all conditions; and the Bryony insulated and reversible vest.
Finally, new knitwear styles for women include the Jeanie roll neck; and the Elspeth and Kaylah lined sweaters.
