Whickham Golf Club captain Darren McCaig lifted the North Durham Union of Golf Clubs’ Alan Curtis Scratch Trophy at City of Newcastle Golf Club.
Darren led the field with a three under-par total for a three-shot win over Boldon’s David Bingham, Ramside Hall’s Shaun Embleton and Brancepeth Castle’s Jack Richardson.
