Dan Brown returned home from The Open Championship and led the field in the 2020protour Headline Event at Romanby Golf & Country Club.
Dan led the way with an eight under-par 64 as Bailey Gill (Worksop) and Michael Hay (Hunley Hall) finished one shot back in a tie for second place. Dan’s younger brother, Ben, shot a five under-par 67 to finish alone in fourth place.
Meanwhile, the Amateur League event was won by Christopher Barley, who led the field by six points with his four under-par score of 40 points.
