Charlotte Naughton lifted the Lawson Trophy as she finished second in the St Rule Trophy at St Andrews for a second time.
Longhirst Hall-based Charlotte was pipped to the title by a single shot in the main event by Burnham & Berrow’s Davina Xanh, as she retained the trophy for the leading player under the age of 18.
Somerset-based Davina shot rounds of 73 and 70 on the New Course before a final-day 72 on the Old Course to finish on 11 under-par – one shot clear of Charlotte, who shot rounds of 71, 73 and 72.
