As part of the Yorkshire Ladies County Golf Association’s 125th anniversary celebrations, captain Lesly Ford has created the Captain’s 125 Hole in One Challenge – asking the 7,500-plus ladies and girls in the county if they can make 125, or more, holes in one this season.
Meltham’s Barbara Farmer got the challenge underway with the first ace of the season at the 148-yard fifth hole at her home club.
