A charity golf day hosted by Burgham Park Golf Club raised £2451.70 for Cancer Research UK.
The event was won by P Swinney, G Hewitt, G Waterson and D Stout – while several players picked up on-course prizes.
“The day really was a perfect blend of sport, fun and generosity,” said Neil Brinsdon. “A huge thank you to all those that played and donated prizes to help us raise such a wonderful total. Thank you to our sponsors too – and all the Burgham team for their efforts in making the day such a successful one.”
