Woodsome Hall has become the only golf club in Kirklees, and one of just four golf clubs in Yorkshire, to offer EV charging facilities.
Four 11kw charging points are now operational, located in the car park of the 15th Century clubhouse. They will be used by club members, visitors and guests using the Cottage on the Course – which can accommodate up to 16 people.
The new facilities are listed on the various charging apps, and the project was made possible with support from BMW Sandal.
