Richard Aisbitt successfully defended the Leonard Crawley Medal at Brancepeth Castle to add his name to the roll of honour in the Durham County order of merit event once again.
The win, 30 years after his first victory in the event, was completed with a seven under-par total of 133 (65-68) as Dan Fox finished second on 140. Wayne Melles and Alasdair Baird finished in a tie for third place with 142 totals.
