As part of their annual coffee morning, Morpeth Golf Club’s Ladies section presented a cheque for £2,729 to Susan Bush from Dementia UK.
The cheque was presented by lady captain Colleen Brown, who led the fundraising effort. She said: “My target was originally just £500, so we smashed the target! A huge thank you to everyone involved for their overwhelming generosity and support.”
