Middlesbrough-based Katie Stephens led the way for the Charleston Southern women’s golf team, capturing her second collegiate individual title and her second win of the 2025-26 season at Battle at the Beach.
Katie opened the tournament at Pawleys Plantation Golf & Country Club with a round of 69, before closing out the win with a 72 to finish on three under-par.
The Buccaneers also won the team title, topping the list of 13 teams with a two-round total of 603 (27 over-par). The success is their second of the season following their win in the Fripp Island Intercollegiate in November.
