Thirsk & Northallerton Golf Club’s juniors enjoyed double success with a pair of wins on consecutive days, at the John Hughes Cup and Dorothy Calvert Trophy.
The John Hughes Cup was played against Easingwold, Richmond and Eaglescliffe over four rounds, one at each club with Thirsk & Northallerton winning the competition with a total of 572 points.
In the Dorothy Calvert Trophy, the finals of The Harrogate & District Union of Golf Clubs Junior Inter Club League, they won their semi-final against Rudding Park 7–3 before beating Otley 10-0 in the final.
