After a season of inter-club matches, Close House’s junior team lifted the Northumbria Junior Golf League trophy with victory over Morpeth in the event’s final at Longhirst Hall.
Close House lifted the trophy with an 8-4 victory in the final, having progressed to the afternoon match following victory over Northumberland in the morning semi-final as Morpeth beat Westerhope in their morning match.
