Westerhope’s Cameron Thoburn won the Northumberland Union of Golf Clubs’ Fenwick-Smith Trophy with a six under-par round of 63 at Prudhoe Golf Club.
Cameron pipped Northumberland boys teammate Harrison Sewell to the trophy on countback as county champion Andrew Minnikin finished third with a score of 68. Prudhoe’s Mitchell Robson claimed the nett prize with his score of 67.
