Prudhoe’s Andrew Scrimshaw found a rich vein of form in Northumberland – winning back-to-back pro am titles on the North East & North West PGA circuit.
At Hexham, Andrew led the field with a five under-par round of 65 as Jonathan Graham finished two shots back in solo second, and Joe McStravick was third.
Five days later, at Bellingham Golf Club, Andrew once again led the field with a two under-par round of 68. Close House’s Simon Robinson finished alone in second place as three players – David Clark, Kieran Graham and Will Robson – finished in a tie for third.
