The Great Britain & Ireland teams to contest The Vagliano and Junior Vagliano trophies against the Continent of Europe at Royal Dornoch June 30-July 1 have been selected – with Whitley Bay’s Rosie Belsham selected as part of the women’s team.
GB&I, captained by Maria Dunne, is bidding to win the Vagliano Trophy for the first time since 2005. The team includes Rosie, Beth Coulter (Ireland), Hannah Darling (Scotland), Aine Donegan (Ireland), Charlotte Heath (England), Lorna McClymont (Scotland), Caley McGinty (England) and Lottie Woad (England).
The players selected for GB&I in the Junior Vagliano Trophy, captained by Janet Melville, are aiming to make history by winning the international match for the first time. The team includes Sadie Adams (England), Olivia Costello (Ireland), Kate Dillon (Ireland), Isobel Kelly (Wales), Rosie Kim (England), Chloe Tarbard (England).
