Titleist has released details of two improved golf balls for 2020 – Velocity and Tour Soft.
Each component of the new Velocity ball has been engineered for maximum speed, including new aerodynamic and core technologies that deliver the longest, best performing Velocity yet. The advancements include a new spherically tiled 350 octahedral dimple design, which produces a more consistent, high-flying trajectory and a larger, higher speed LSX core. The new ball is available in three matte finishes – pink, green and orange – as well as white.
Meanwhile, the new Tour Soft offers a combination of soft compression feel, faster ball speed and increased short game spin. Tour Soft’s larger core is engineered for more ball speed and distance off the tee while a thinner 4CE grafted cover system produces greater spin around the greens. It is available in white and high optic yellow
