A new event – The Three Collieries Cup – is set to be hosted by Boldon, Houghton-le-Spring and Seaham golf clubs in 2026.
The three Durham clubs will each host one day of the fourball betterball stableford event – with the first round at Boldon on Friday June 19, the second round at Houghton-le-Spring on Saturday June 20, and the third and final round at Seaham on Sunday June 21.
The entry fee is £120 per pair, with daily prizes and overall prizes for the leading nett scores and best gross. The event is open to men and women with active WHS handicaps (minimum six competition rounds in the last 12 months).
