South Shields’ Martin McCririck added the Ramside Scratch Trophy to his list of Durham order of merit titles with a well-crafted round of 73, which included three birdies and four bogeys.
The former order of merit winner saw his score matched by Whickham’s Bryan Levy and took home the trophy with the better back nine score of 37.
The victory saw Martin rise to second in this year’s season-long points race, with Darlington’s Callum Moncur currently in top spot.
