Blyth’s Jake Bullivant and Gosforth Park Ladies’ Libby Bell (pictured) have booked their places as players to watch in the future by winning the Northumberland Boys and Girls Match Play Championships.
Jake, a standout player among the boys county squad, produced superb golf throughout the week, including reaching three under-par in the final to beat Newbiggin’s Adam Wright.
Libby beat Whitley Bay’s Charlotte Pickering to lift her first county championship title.
