Ilkley Golf Club-based Harry Richmond ended 2025 with victory in the 33rd Junior European Open with Sky Sports.
Harry – the leading player under the age of 18 at the 2025 Yorkshire Amateur – topped the boys’ leaderboard with a 15 under-par total in Spain, where each player’s best two rounds from the first four rounds are added to their fifth round. Harry’s counting scores of 69 and 68 were added to his final round of 70 – giving him a four-shot win over Marcus Karim.
Meanwhile, Sabrina Wong won the girls’ event with an 18 under-par total.
