Alex Stevenson made it a hat-trick of Durham County Schools Championships at Beamish Park Golf Club.
The Durham Sixth Form College player posted a round of 79 at Beamish to finish three shots ahead of Heworth Grange’s Faye Wheatley.
Faye had the consolation of clinching the Girls Under 16 title with her round of 82.
Dyke House College’s Will Skipp added the Durham Schools boys’ title to his list of achievements with a round of 75, one ahead of college teammate Jack Burton. Jack did however win the best nett prize and the boys’ under 16 title.
The Dyke House team, represented by Will, Jack and Louis Westmoreland won the team title, edging out Polam Hall on countback. Dyke House now progress to the national finals at Woodhall Spa on July 10.
