Penrith-based professional Tim Dykes climbed to the top of the North East & North West PGA’s Mizuno Order of Merit with victory in the circuit’s Pro Series event at Close House.
Tim shot a two under-par round of 68 on the Lee Westwood Filly Course at Close House to lead the field of 48 professionals in the second order of merit event of the season. Aaron Cox, Ross Crowe and Craig Goodfellow shared second place with rounds of 69 as Tim took top spot in the Mizuno Order of Merit, pushing Rockliffe Hall’s Simon Robinson into second place.
