Boldon’s men’s team lifted the Durham County Golf Union’s Clark Cup for the first time in the club’s history with victory in the final at Castle Eden.
The five-man Boldon team – featuring Martin McCririck, Gavin Nesbit, James Gerencser, Michael Calvert and Andrew McCarrick – beat Tyneside 3.5-1.5 to win the season-long knock-out event.
In the Junior Clark Cup, George Washington – represented by Jonathan Noble, Ethan Smiles, Josh Hancill, Harry Trueman and Arron Mansfield – lifted the trophy.
