Yorkshire will represent the north in the national counties final later this year after winning Match Week at Alnmouth Golf Club.
The five-day event brings together the six northern counties – Northumberland, Durham, Cumbria, Yorkshire, Lancashire and Cheshire – for a series of round-robin matches. Each day features three morning foursomes matches and six afternoon singles matches.
Yorkshire topped the table with five wins and 32 match points as Lancashire finished in second place with four wins and 23 points. Cheshire finished third as Durham finished fourth and hosts Northumberland finished in fifth place.
