Under Armour Golf launches Halo Tour SL shoe

Under Armour has added to its golf footwear range with the launch of the new UA Halo Tour SL shoe – expanding one of the brand’s most recognisable performance lines into the sport.

The Halo model’s move into golf reflects Under Armour’s commitment to building a cohesive aesthetic that moves seamlessly with athletes, whatever sport they play.

Combining precision, balance and stability – Halo’s visual identity in rooted in running footwear. For golf, this is adapted to the sport’s unique interplay of rotation, alignment and grounded stability.

The arrival of UA Halo Tour SL (RRP £120) – complemented with the launch of UA Halo Hybrid (RRP £100), which offers a lighter, versatile expression – follows the launch of the Drive Pro Clone shoe earlier this year.

Under Armour athlete Kieron van Wyk said: “From the first rounds I played in UA Halo Tour SL, I could tell it was built for performance, but at the same time it also looks and feels elevated. When I’m competing, I want to feel stable and confident, and I want something that matches the way I show up as a player – Halo delivers both.”
