Titleist Introduces GTS300 mini driver

Titleist has launched the GTS300 mini driver, adding to its lineup of GTS drivers and fairways.

The GTS300 mini driver (SRP £499) features a larger, more forgiving design that delivers distance, control and versatility off the tee and turf. The new model, which has a 305cc clubhead volume, has been heavily influenced by tour feedback – specifically from Justin Thomas and Cameron Young.

The result is a larger footprint and deeper centre of gravity (CG), both of which work to increase moment of inertia (MOI) for better stability and forgiveness.

A forged L-Cup face design – which features a high-strength ATI 425 titanium insert that wraps around the bottom of the clubface – works to improve performance on low-face impacts.

Meanwhile, the new model’s dual-weighting system allows fitters and golfers to fine tune launch conditions with forward-aft (back) flat weight adjustability. The heavier 11g weight positioned forward and the lighter 3g weight in the aft can help lower spin and launch, while flipping the two flat weights can increase spin, launch and stability.
