Titleist has launched three new driver models – GT2, GT3 and GT4.
GT2 is designed for speed and forgiveness across the face with a higher-MOI setup, while GT3 is designed for fine-tuned speed and control. GT4 is a low-spin, 430cc driver designed to eliminate excessive spin and deliver a fast, penetrating trajectory.
Each driver in the GT line (RRP £579) features a Seamless Thermoform Crown comprised of a new Proprietary Matrix Polymer. This ultra-light material allowed engineers to place discretionary mass in the optimal locations for each model, providing greater speed and stability with Split Mass Construction.
The range also features refined aerodynamics to increase clubhead speed, and a new Speed Ring and VFT face design which contribute to faster ball speed on on- and off-centre strikes.
GT models also feature new face graphics, which are designed to frame the ball squarely at address. This change, driven by specific Tour player prototyping and feedback, helps golfers align the golf ball with the centre of the club with more confidence.
