The Golf Trust has launched its 2025 fundraising campaign – the Month of Inspiration – and is asking clubs across the country for support this June.
Golf clubs are being asked to support the campaign by holding a club competition in honour of The Golf Trust on any weekend in June.
“Your involvement could make a tremendous difference,” said Golf Trust founder Cae Menai-Davis. “All we are asking is that clubs donate the entry fee for a weekend event to our charity so that we can continue to bring the transformative benefits of golf to more people through all-terrain Paragolfer vehicles. Together, we can make an incredible impact and encourage more disabled people to play golf recreationally.”
Winners of each club competition will be invited to take part in a grand final at The Inspiration Club – with the winner set to receive a two-night stay for two people, including three rounds of golf, at Lofoten Links in Norway.
Building on the success of its Project 24 campaign last year, The Golf Trust has set an ambitious target to raise £80,000 to purchase three Paragolfers for use across the UK. To achieve this, a team of amateur golfers will be embarking on a new challenge in June – entitled Project 25 – which will run alongside grass roots fundraising initiatives like the Month of Inspiration.
