Following the successful launch of the inaugural Three Peaks Golf Festival, organisers have confirmed the second edition has been brought forward to September 2026.
Team spaces for the first festival, which will take place on June 29-July 1, filled up quickly across the three host venues – Bentham Golf Club, Kirkby Lonsdale Golf Club, and Skipton Golf Club – highlighting strong interest in the three-day, multi-course format.
The second event will now take place on September 16-18 and will feature a doubles competition – including both mixed and ladies’ team categories. Players will once again compete across all three courses, combining competitive golf with the opportunity to experience the Yorkshire Dales and the surrounding region.
John Marshall, operations director at Wenningdale Leisure, said: “We’ve been thrilled with how well the festival has been received. It’s fantastic to see players embracing the opportunity to compete across three outstanding courses while discovering everything this part of Yorkshire has to offer. Bringing the next event forward is a natural step, and we’re looking forward to welcoming more teams in September.”
