Teams from across Yorkshire have progressed to the next round of this year’s Club Team Championship following the Fourth Division Championship at Ripon City.
Sand Moor’s Stuart Cage (69-71) led the individual scoring as he teamed up with Bailey Hird (72-69) and Mark Pullan (77-75). The trio topped the leaderboard with seven over-par team total as Waterfront’s team finished second.
The leading seven teams – Sand Moor, Waterfront, Filey, Hull, Hillsborough, Sickleholme and Sitwell Park – will progress to the Third Division Championship at Teesside on June 24, where they will join the 14 teams already qualified for the event from last season.
