Pannal-based Ruth Skaife-Clarke beat defending champion Emma Brown to win the Yorkshire Senior Ladies’ Golf Association Championship at Ilkley Golf Club.
Ruth – who shot 74 to lead the strokeplay qualifying alongside Malton & Norton-based Emma – won the title for the first time with a 1up victory having come through three close matches to reach the final.
Meanwhile, the TriAm title was won by Henrietta Morrell, Kath Chivers and Vicky Downs with a score of 74 points.
