Hornsea-based Richard Pace led the field in second event of this year’s PGA in Yorkshire order of merit – the Yorkshire Classic at Rotherham Golf Club.
Richard shot a three under-par round of 67 to win by one shot as Thomas Slattery (Bondhay) and Gareth Davies (Abbeydale) finished in a tie for second place. Three players – Reece Samson, Robert Booth and James French – shot one under-par scores to finish in a tie for fourth place.
Next up in this year’s order of merit is The Yorkshire Open at Lees Hall on June 15.
