Region’s top players heading to Regional Qualifying for the 154th Open

Leading professionals and amateurs from across the region will tee it up in Regional Qualifying for the 154th Open on Monday June 22.

More than 2,100 players will compete at 16 venues across Great Britain and Ireland for a place in Final Qualifying.

Regional qualifying is taking place at Bearwood Lakes, Caldy, Chart Hills, Craigielaw, Enville, Ferndown, Fulford, Gog Magog, Hesketh, Kilmarnock (Barassie), Lindrick, Minchinhampton, Moor Park, North Hants, Rochester & Cobham Park and The Island – and the draw for each venue can be found here.

The players who make it through the 18 holes of Regional Qualifying will compete over 36 holes at Final Qualifying – which takes place on Tuesday June 30 at Burnham & Berrow, Dundonald, Royal Cinque Ports and West Lancashire – to join the field for The Open, which takes place at Royal Birkdale on July 16-19.
