Raise your game with Abacus shorts

Swedish apparel brand Abacus Sportwear has ensured golfers have all the bases covered this summer with its new range of shorts.

The Abacus team has drawn on the brand’s heritage of enhancing performance with technical materials and innovative design to bring together the new collection for men and women.

Using the same technological features found in its best-selling range of trousers – including four-way stretch, breathable and lightweight fabrics, and golf-specific design touches – the collection aims to enable golfers to focus on their game while delivering maximum comfort and a stylish look.

For men looking to make a bold statement on the fairways, the eye-catching Huntingdale shorts (RRP £80) are available in a choice of nine vibrant colours. Made from a polyester/elastane material mix which is lightweight, breathable and offers four-way stretch, the shorts feature two pockets at the front and back, while the waistband offers built-in stretch for a tailored fit.

Meanwhile, the Kildare shorts (RRP £80) – designed for men and women – are made from a thin, lightweight woven polyester/spandex material that offers complete freedom of movement through four-way stretch properties. The shorts take coolness to new levels thanks to a breathable design, with the brand’s DryCool technology wicking moisture away and enabling air to circulate freely.

Female golfers are spoilt for choice too, with Abacus offering a wide range of stylish designs and colour palettes. The Camargo shorts (RRP £70), offered in black and navy, are made of soft, lightweight, four-way stretch polyester/elastane fabric which benefits from Drycool technology. The Elite City Shorts (RRP £80) meanwhile have a stylish, fitted silhouette and are offered in black or white.
