Motocaddy unveils new remote-control trolleys for 2026

Motocaddy has unveiled three new remote-control trolleys for 2026 – M7 GPS REMOTE, M7 REMOTE, and ME REMOTE.

The new models are designed to offer golfers a choice of GPS performance, responsive remote control, and value.

The M7 GPS REMOTE trolley (RRP £1,499.99) features all-new GPS technology, delivered via a responsive 3.5ins touchscreen display, and including more than 40,000 pre-loaded courses. The new trolley also delivers Bluetooth-powered smartphone alerts; has an upgraded, modernised USB-C rechargeable remote handset; and can switch seamlessly between remote and handle control modes for added convenience and flexibility.

There is also upgraded, high-resolution full hole mapping – incorporating a dynamic green view; front, middle and back distances; drag-and-drop target planning; hazard information; smartphone notifications; and lifetime GPS mapping – all integrated into the trolley handle.

New for 2026, golfers can personalise the GPS software with shortcuts to the features they use most. Developed by Motocaddy’s new in-house software engineers, the system lets golfers choose between 2D or 3D mapping, including a 3D hole flyover, 3D panning and 2D zoom options, portrait or landscape views, and 2D radial distance markers. Additional features include light or dark mode for optimal visibility; clock, round and lost-ball timers; and Wi-Fi for over-the-air firmware and course updates.

There is also CLICK ‘N’ CONNECT cable-free Lithium battery technology – with the lightweight battery incorporating auto-disconnect technology to automatically power off the trolley when folded – as well as a pop-up port for quick and easy charging.

New ergonomic handle grips, 10-spoke low-profile aerodynamic tyres with all-terrain tread, and a retractable rear anti-tip stabilising wheel which can remain attached for folding complete the 2026 design.

Part of all Motocaddy REMOTE models, the Downhill Control system automatically regulates trolley speed on slopes, applying braking when required to slow descent. All models also include Motocaddy’s Adaptive Terrain Stability technology, which continuously monitors wheel speed and load to adjust motor output in real time. This feature assists straight-line tracking, and enhances stability and smoothness.

Meanwhile, the new M7 REMOTE (RRP £1,299.99) features a 100-metre-plus range, dual handle control mode, and new functionality showcased within a 2.8ins widescreen display. Its list of upgraded features includes three distance readings – drive, round and lifetime – a clock and round timer, and the Cartlock PIN code security feature. As with all Motocaddy electric trolleys, it also includes an under-handle USB port to keep devices charged throughout the round.

The M7 REMOTE also has full 360° forward, left, right, and reverse remote navigation – as well as pause, resume and emergency stop functionality.

Like its sibling model, the M7 REMOTE features a compact-folding design for easy storage, and includes a USB-C rechargeable ergonomic handset, Downhill Control (DHC) and Adaptive Terrain Stability (ATS) technologies – plus dual 360° rotating front wheels for enhanced manoeuvrability. It also benefits from the EASILOCK bag-to-trolley connection system, removing the need for a lower bag strap when paired with a Motocaddy golf bag.

Finally, the ME REMOTE trolley (RRP £1,099.99) offers an entry point into remote control electric trolleys.
ME REMOTE has also been upgraded to offer a modern sporty look, and now features the CLICK ‘N’ CONNECT battery with auto-disconnect and charging port.

Featuring responsive forward, left, right, and reverse navigation – additional features include Downhill Control and Adaptive Terrain Stability technologies, an ergonomic USB-C rechargeable remote handset, a 100-metre-plus range, a retractable anti-tip rear wheel, and the brand’s high-power 28V system and 360° rotating twin front tyres.
