Durham men’s county champion Martin McCririck picked up a third place finish in the County Champion of Champions event at Woodhall Spa.
Martin shot a four under-par total (73-69) to finish one shot outside of the playoff for the title.
The men’s and junior events – both played over 36 holes on consecutive days at the home of England Golf – were won by Hertfordshire-based 17-year-old Harry Cox. Meanwhile, Yorkshire’s Stefan Priest won the senior men’s event by two shots.
