Rotherham-based Lucas Martin led the field in the R&A Student Tour Series event at La Sella Golf Club in Spain.
University of Lancashire student Lucas – who won the R&A Student Tour Series Final at St Andrews last season – topped the leaderboard in Spain with rounds of 73, 68 and 69 – giving him a six under-par total. James Walsh (Maynooth University) finished second on one under-par, as George Cannon (University of Stirling) finished two shots further back in third place.
Meanwhile, Grace Bowen (University of Stirling) won the women’s event with a two under-par total.
Next up is The R&A Student Tour Series Final, which returns to St Andrews on March 30-April 1.
