Middlesbrough Golf Club-based Katie Stephens retained the Yorkshire Ladies County Golf Association Championship trophy following victory in the event’s final at Moortown.
Katie, who won her first county championship at Huddersfield in 2025, retained the title with a 5&3 win over Howley Hall’s Becki O’Grady in the final.
In the morning semi-finals, Katie overcame Grace Lambert (Hessle) as Becki beat Mila Dodds (Sand Moor). Meanwhile, Emma Brown (Malton & Norton) led the 36-hole strokeplay qualifying with a score of 148 and retained the YLCGA Seniors title.
